Here's how and why it works:
Our service allows businesses to send alerts and coupons direct to their customers' mobile phones
We charge businesses $100 to set up the service and $50/month to maintain it, plus usage
The customers of a business may subscribe to the business's list via our service. Our service keeps those customers' contact information private from the business. It's totally secure!
When you text us the email address of the business owner / manager under this program, we send the business an email explaning our service.
If the business signs up, we send you the $100 setup fee the business paid us.
If other people also refer the business, the first person that referred the business gets $50, and everyone splits the remaining $50.
$100 Referal Program
You are a member of our referral program. Remember, you can refer a business right with your phone by texting:
REFER manager@business.com to 32075.
Be sure to replace manager@business.com with the actual email address of the business you're referring.
Example 1
You REFER a business manager. The business signs up. You get $50 for being first plus $50 for being the only one to contact the business.
Example 2
You REFER a business manager. The business does not sign up.
Another person you do not know contacts the manager. The business does not sign up.
You get two of your friends to contact the manager. The manager finally signs up.
In this case, you get the first $50 because you were first. A total of four people contacted the business (you, someone you don't know, and two friends), so those four people each get $50 / 4 = $12.50. So, in total, you get $62.50 and each of your friends get $12.50. Not bad for one text message!
Business managers are busy, and sometimes it takes more than one try to get their attention. While one referral may not get their attention, if three of your friends also refer them, the business is more likely to pay attention and respond. If you work in a group, you and your friends benefit from each other's work, and you split the remaining $50 in rewards (remember, the first $50 is yours for being the first to contact the business!).
